Diving with Dive Rite

This movie features both closed circuit and open circuit divers, including representatives from Dive Rite. We dove the morning of 29-Sept-2009, from Scubatyme III Charters. The first half of the video shows divers swimming between the United Caribbean wreck to the Sea Emperor wreck, both at about 70 fsw. The second dive was on Hillsboro Ledge and Abby Too Reef, at about 50 fsw. Notice how good all the divers look in the water!

Dry Tortugas Reefs

This video was filmed during a dive charter to the Dry Tortugas on the Ultimate Getaway liveaboard from 17-July-2008 to 19-July-2008. These reefs are similar in marine life to the reefs of South Florida, where we normally dive. The fish schools teeming over the reefs didn't seem to mind diving with rebreather divers at all.

Inner Space 2008

The movie was filmed during the annual Inner Space week, which this year began 17-May-2008, at Divetech and Cobalt Coast Resort on the island of Grand Cayman. Watch as rebreather divers swim along the breathtaking walls of the north shore and explore the deep wreck Carrie Lee.

Clinton Wreck

The 170 foot Dewitt Clinton is a former dredge barge, sunk by the Broward County Artificial Reefs Program (BCARP) on 12-May-1995 in 175 fsw. On 26-Apr-2008, the underwater gods smiled, resulting in favorable conditions for two CCR and two OC divers on Miss Conduct Charters. Follow the CCR diver as he tours the wreck.

RBJ and Corey N Chris Wreck

The Ronald B Johnson and Corey N Chris is South Florida's most unusual technical wreck. The 130 foot dredge Corey N Chris was sunk in 265 fsw in 1986, and when the 226 foot freighter RBJ was sunk in 1988, she accidentally landed on top at a 90 degree angle. Years ago Captain Jim Mims made this drawing, and the wreck has settled over time. This movie was made during a dive on 23-Sep-2007 from Avid Diver Charters.
